SME AI GROWTH WORKSHOP

Build your AI teammates.
Give your business room to grow.

Two practical half days to understand AI agents, design your AI workforce and start building your first teammate.

Your business is doing well. Your people are busy. Marketing needs more attention, sales follow-up takes time, and too many decisions still come back to you.

We will show you how to build AI support around your team: using your business knowledge, working in your brand voice and following clear rules. See how marketing, sales and customer care can work together—and where your first AI teammate could make a useful difference.

  • 2:00–5:00pm GMT (Ireland & UK) each day · Live online

Your business has momentum

Give your team the capacity to take the next step.

This workshop is for owners, CEOs, COOs and senior leaders in established businesses with up to fifteen people, often with a team of around ten.

You may already export, be developing a new market or want to grow the business you have. What matters is that you can set priorities and agree how the work gets done.

You will recognise some of these pressures:

  • There is no full marketing department, so useful work keeps getting postponed.
  • One salesperson is juggling research, conversations, proposals and follow-up.
  • Staff use AI in different ways, with no shared approach.
  • Good information is scattered across documents, inboxes and people’s heads.
  • You still need to check too many routine replies and decisions.
  • You want the team to feel involved and confident about using AI.

We work through these problems as one connected system, using a clear business example before you apply the steps to your own business.

What we mean by an AI workforce

Clear jobs. Shared knowledge. People in charge.

You do not need to know the terminology before you arrive. We explain it through real work.

AI teammate

A software helper given one clear job, your approved information, and a person who checks its work. Think of it as a new junior colleague with a written brief.

Your people

Set the job, check the work, decide

Marketing teammate

Drafts posts, answers and page updates in your voice.

Checked by: Your marketing lead approves before anything is published.

Rules & guardrails

What AI may see, use and decide

During the workshop, you design where these roles could fit and work on one first teammate. Your plan shows how to develop the wider system afterwards.

How the two afternoons connect

Build each part in the order the business needs it.

  1. Step 1

    Choose the growth priority

  2. Step 2

    Set the rules

  3. Step 3

    Create the Business Brain

  4. Step 4

    Design the work and team

  5. Step 5

    Build and test one teammate

  6. Step 6

    Plan the next 90 days

Your Business Brain is the approved handbook your team and AI can work from: who you help, what you offer, how you speak, the facts you trust and how the job should be done.

Your knowledge and instructions stay in business-controlled files. We show you how to use the tools while building foundations that can support different platforms. Changing tools may still mean updating connections, permissions and tests.

Two connected half days

Understand the system. Start building your team.

Both afternoons run from 2:00–5:00pm GMT (Ireland & UK), with a ten-minute break. There are demonstrations, guided exercises and time to apply the work to your own business.
